LeLaw: Our people are passionate and highly engaged.

We strongly subscribe to the belief that a firm is only as strong as its people. Hence we are on the lookout for exceptional people who share the same values as our firm and can easily fit into our collegial, but high performance culture.

Our internship program identifies law undergraduates who are future partner material; we offer them internship contracts affording them systematic and quality training during their undergraduate vacations. Typically, such interns join the firm as Associates after their admission to the Nigerian Bar.

If you are a results driven, self motivated Law undergraduate of an accredited institution with demonstrable track record of strong academic performance (top 5% of class), and are interested in internship opportunity with us, apply here. At the moment, we take one or two interns per year.

Lawyers seeking Associate positions with us will, in addition to their exceptional academic and thought leadership record/potential, have premium quality (and hands-on) corporate finance/commercial and transactional experience from leading law firm or quality in-house environment. Our people are passionately committed to lifelong learning and take responsibility for their professional development and the firm’s growth. Both parties (firm and people) make significant investments in this area. For example, in line with parties’ high level of engagement, we spend three Saturdays during our Focus Months (February, May, August, November) on our Strategy – thinking, re-thinking and honing it.

All through the year, we enthusiastically embrace the disciplined execution of our strategy and track our progress against the benchmarks we have set for ourselves.
